  • Up to five (5) in person planning meetings

  • Detailed design meeting to discuss style, theme, color combinations, décor concepts and execution Up to two vendor walkthroughs at chosen venue (dates dependent on venue availability)

  • Unlimited consultation with Planner via telephone and/or email between the hours of 9AM-5PM PST

  • Oversee selection process and planning development for all day of services

  • Aid in vendor contract negotiations Aid with wedding stationary verbiage-- i.e. save the dates, invitations, menus, seating and place cards

  • Establish design and facilitate production of save the dates, invitations, menus, place cards, table numbers, programs, favors

  • Aid in the selection of vendor services and assist with setting up appointments

  • Collection of all vendor paperwork and insurance as required by venue

  • Help establish budget foundation (i.e. establish comprehensive tracker highlighting all vendor activities, reviewal of all contracts/orders to avoid oversights)

  • Assist with coordination and contracting of transportation for wedding party and guests

  • Work with selected caterer to customize food menu that’s tailored to your event

  • Facilitate vendor communication regarding event details, itinerary, and distribution of final payments

  • A custom, comprehensive, event timeline for your wedding day distributed to all vendors

  • Event planner plus one planning assistant to be present throughout the day to manage event set up and ensure timeline is followed

  • Provide and outsource support staff / laborers for wedding day assistance (at a nominal fee)

  • Assist with TWO of the following events outside of wedding : Bridal Shower, Rehearsal Dinner, Next- Day Brunch, or After Party

  • Assist with scheduling/setting up Engagement Photoshoot with chosen photographer and Hair/Makeup artists at a predetermined location

  • Provide suggestions and assist with Vacation Home Rentals for couple and immediate family

  • Assist with sourcing bridal party gifts and attire

  • Provide suggestions for Gift Registry locations Provide suggestions for Bridal attire retailers

  • Assist with sourcing Wedding favors in line with established wedding theme

  • Unlimited consultation with Planner via telephone and/or email between the hours of 9am-5pm starting 30 days prior to the event date

  • Month of preparation and guidance to ensure proper day of execution 

  • Planner to meet with clients 4 weeks prior to the event date to go over timeline edits, layouts and final logistic details 

  • A custom, comprehensive event timeline for your day distributed to all vendors 

  • Collection of all vendor paperwork and insurance as required by venue

  • Attend and manage ceremony rehearsals (as permitted by venue)

  • Planner to be present on day of to manage event and ensure timelines are followed 

  • Facilitate vendor communication regarding event details, itinerary, and day of oversight 

  • Provide and outsource support staff (if needed) at an additional fee 

  • Gather and collect client’s personal belongings (gifts, cards, etc.) at a pre-discussed location

  • Oversee proper breakdown at the end of the event to ensure all venue rules are followed
